Dr. Brene Brown's web site. She is a shame and vulnerability researcher which means that her writing and speaking is based on qualitative research. It was developed out of codifying thousands of hours of interviews. Her original model of shame resilience and on-going development of courses provides a structure to understanding how to increase our self-worth and compassion when struggling with the human experience of believing we are not enough.
